Return & Warranty Policy

1. 12-Month Replacement Warranty
At Auto Parts Area PTY LTD, we stand behind the quality of our genuine OEM parts. Every specialized unit—including our ABS modules and steering pumps—is bench-tested and verified at our Yennora warehouse before dispatch. All parts are backed by a signature 12-month replacement warranty ensuring total peace of mind for Australian drivers.
2. Returns (Defective & Non-Defective)
We accept returns for both defective and non-defective products to ensure you are completely satisfied with your purchase.
- Return Window: You must initiate your return within 5 days of receiving the item.
- Condition: Non-defective items must be returned in their original, un-installed condition with all internal security markings intact.
3. Order Cancellations & Refunds
Orders can be cancelled prior to or after dispatch; however, a 20% restocking and processing fee will be deducted from the total refund amount. This fee covers the labor and technical resources required for bench-testing, cleaning, and preparing your specialized part for shipment.
4. Exchanges
We fully support exchanges. If you receive a part that is faulty or incompatible, we will work with you to provide a verified replacement unit from our stock as quickly as possible, utilizing our Fast Australia Delivery network.
5. Shipping Costs
For non-defective returns or change-of-mind cancellations, the original shipping cost is non-refundable, and the customer is responsible for return shipping to our Yennora warehouse.
6. Limitation of Liability
Auto Parts Area PTY LTD is not liable for any third-party labor costs, towing fees, or vehicle rental charges incurred during the installation or failure of a part.
